Nepal is a Black Belt holder in Judo graduated from University of Delhi India. Started body building as a hobby in late 90's & turned into passion & finally shaped into career.Nepal has earned various laurels from gramin body building to district, state & finally won the coveted
National Body Building Championship conducted by IBBF held at Mumbai(India) in 2009.
Nepal is one of the shining student of DRONACHARYA AWARD WINNER Mr. Bhupinder Dhawan.

Body Building
Resistance Training:
We specialise in programs such as
Personal Training Programme (PTP),
Body shaping (drawing from the advantages of cardiovascular exercises).
PTP
A personal guide is assigned to members who enroll for this programme. The guide motivates and encourages. The one-to-one attention creates a great rapport between the member and the guide, with the guide being able to understand each member's limits and potential.

Body Shaping

This programme deals with body transformation packages used for toning body muscles. Drawing heavily from techniques commonly used by body builders around the world, a carefully planned mix of resistance training and cardio exercise is what makes this program highly effective.
Resistance Training

A training program of 5-6 times a week, and twice a day during the advanced stages.
10-12 exercises per session, one body part at a time.
3-5 sets per exercise, 6-12 repetitions (reps) per set.
A minute or two of rest between sets.
Intensity level - which allows for 8-12 reps per set, occasionally enhancing it to weights which will allow only 6 - 8 reps.
Body building techniques used - circuit training, forced reps, partial reps, negative training, rest pause method, and stripping.
Cardio
Twice or thrice a week.
Intensity: 50-70 per cent of the maximum heart rate (MHR).
Duration: 30-40 minutes.
Primary exercises: Treadmill, cycle.
Training progression - during middle and latter stages of the program
Increased resistance of the cycle, and inclination on the treadmill.
Increased speed on the cycle / treadmill.
Increased time to 40-45 minutes.

Nepal Singh's personal trainer's expertise is what proves invaluable during the program, by determining the most effective mix of resistance and cardiovascular training, and a training program packed with those exercises which would give the best results.

The History : DRONACHARYA - THE GYM









In the year 1990 dreaming to provide good health and to produce world class sports persons with the noble blessings of Shri. L.K.Das (Two Time OLYMPIAN & ARJUNA AWARDEE), Shri Baldev Raj Sharma (National Champion) & Shri. Subrata Dutta (ARJUNA AWARDEE), Dronacharya Bhupinder Dhawan founded THE GYM - the very first branch within the vicinity of North Campus of Delhi University. The title of "Dronacharya" - the most cooveted recognition in the field of sports by the Government of India was bestowed upon Shri Bhupinder Dhawan for his exemplary services to the iron sports in the year 2000 by Honourable President of India. It is 2008 and THE GYM has spread in India. The landmark story continues and the new branch has just ushered in the Delhi Metropolis.

Dronacharya Bhupinder Dhawan India has to his credit - for his dedicated service - of being national & internation level coach.

In the years 1999 & 2000 he remained the Coach of Indian Women Team to represent India held at India & Tei Pei China. The 2007 concluded with an overwhelming victory of the Indina Contingent at the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championship held at Christchurch, New Zealand from 6th to 9th December.
He has also to his credit of representing India in 17 different international events, 13 were World Championships, 2 Asian Championships & 2 Commonwealth Championships.

Driving back to the record lane, we see that THE GYM has produced 24 international level players who has excelled in the World Championshiops, Commonwealth Games & Asian Championships. Besides, the hard core paersons from the physical fitness world have excelled on the horizon of modelling too.
Ms. Fitness Femina Savita, Grasim Mr. India Sunil Mann, Grasim Mr. India Runners-up Prateek Dikshit, famous model Shalini Joshi, Ajay Chaudhury a well known model (declered Best Photogenic Face), Ms. Anjum Padiyar (Aerobics Expert), Mr. Sumit Bedi (International Aerobics Performer), Ms. Harpal Kaur, 4th Rank holder at Suzuki World Cup Aerobics are to name a few.

THE GYM is famous for providing DRUG FREE physical fitness through teh traditional menas of exercising, yoga and meditation.
